Breaking News: Mets Sign Tim Tebow

The New York Mets announced via twitter that they have signed Tim Tebow to a minor league contract. This comes after Tebow worked out in front of several high level baseball executives and scouts from just about all of the teams in MLB.

ESPN’s NFL analyst Adam Schefter was the first to break the news.
Mets are signing Tim Tebow to a minor-league contract, an MLB source tells ESPN. Instructional League or Arizona Fall League next for Tebow.
