Three Minor Leaguers Receive Suspensions For Violating Drug Program

Three minor league ball players have been suspended without pay for violating the Minor League Drug Prevention and Treatment program.
Baltimore Orioles pitcher Zack Dodson, who tested positive for a third time for drug of abuse, will be sidelined for 100 games. New York Mets third baseman Eudor Garcia received an 80-game suspension after testing positive for the performance enhancing drugs Bumetanide and Furosemide. And free agent first baseman Tyler Williams will serve a 50-game suspension for a second positive test for a drug of abuse.
