The Atlanta Braves and Miami Marlins will play the first ever game, of any kind, at the Fort Bragg military base in North Carolina, this upcoming summer, according to MLB.com.
In honor of America’s 240th Birthday, Major League Baseball will pay tribute to all of the service men and women around the world who are keeping our country safe and allow us to have the freedom that we do. The game between the Braves and Marlins will take place during Independence Day Weekend on Sunday, July 3, 2016 at 8pm as part of ESPN’s “Sunday Night Baseball”.

This game between the Braves and Marlins will be the third of a three game series between the National League teams. The Atlanta Braves will be the home team with the first two games of the series being played in Atlanta.
