Front Row Motorsports’ Layne Riggs put on a commanding performance Friday night, leading 198 of 200 laps to capture the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series TSport 200 at Indianapolis Raceway Park in his No. 34 Ford F-150.

After winning the pole, Riggs led the field to the green flag and never looked back, cruising to his fifth Truck Series victory of the season. The current championship leader also extended Front Row Motorsports’ recent momentum, delivering the organization’s second consecutive series victory with just two races remaining before the playoffs.

Connor Mosack finished second in the No. 7 Spire Motorsports Chevrolet after mounting a late charge in an attempt to challenge for the lead. Ty Majeski, Chandler Smith, and Nick Sanchez completed the top five.

Among the notable finishers, IndyCar driver Conor Daly crossed the line 26th in Kaulig Racing’s No. 25 “Free Agent” Chevrolet in his first Truck Series start since 2024. Harrison Burton finished 16th in the No. 5 TRICON Garage Toyota before shifting his focus to Saturday’s race at Indianapolis Motor Speedway in the O’Reilly Series.

With just two races remaining before the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series playoffs begin, three drivers have officially locked themselves into the 10-driver championship field: Layne Riggs, Kaden Honeycutt, and, following Friday night’s result, Chandler Smith. Christian Eckes, Gio Ruggiero, Ty Majeski, Ben Rhodes, Grant Enfinger, Daniel Hemric, and Stewart Friesen currently occupy the remaining playoff positions, with Friesen holding the final spot above the cut line.

The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series now heads into a brief break before returning on Friday, Aug. 14, at Richmond Raceway. Coverage begins at 7:30 p.m. ET on FS1.
