“The Young Professor” Matt Graifer (pronounced Gray-Fur) is a sports and entertainment host based in Florida who is best known for his work as a host with The Savannah Bananas and the Daytona Tortugas. He is currently writing a book on how to become a professional live event host, and across his 8 year career he has hosted over 1,000 events in front of more than half a million people.

Brian and David sat down with Matt to discuss everything from his nickname and wardrobe, to his work with the Tortugas and Bananas, to his upcoming book and career ambitions.  He shared his passion for hosting baseball games, the unique opportunity he’s had working with the Bananas, as well as the local appeal of the Tortugas in Daytona Beach.
