These athletes brought incredible talent, leadership, and passion to the game, and being named to an All-Star Game is one of the greatest honors a player can receive in their career.
In celebration of the 2025 All-Star Game Day, we’re shining a light on the three former MLB veterans, Johnny Damon, Jair Jurrjens and Pablo Sandoval, who joined the LOD Podcast to share all about their amazing careers and the lasting impact they’ve had on the game.

Johnny Damon – Episode 50
Damon was a 2-Time All Star with the Boston Red Sox in 2002 and 2005. He joined the Podcast in a live Q&A style format during an event in Orlando, Florida.
Jair Jurrjens – Episode 61
Jurrjens was an All Star with the Atlanta Braves in 2011. He joined the Podcast to discuss his journey in the game and playing for the Wolves in the new Baseball United league.
Pablo Sandoval – Episode 62
Sandoval was a 2-Time All Star with the San Francisco Giants in 2011 and 2012. He joined the Podcast to share about winning being a 4x World Series winner and also about his new journey with Baseball United.
