MLB Mid-Season Power Rankings and Playoff Projections

The 2016 season has been filled with plenty of surprises thus far. The Cubs started off as the most dominant team in baseball and have slowly fallen off. The Orioles have broken monthly home run records and showing incredible power. The Red Sox and Blue Jays are both on the cusp of taking the AL East but winning it means they need to make a trade at the deadline. The Indians look like they could bring Cleveland another major championship to the city in the same calendar year. But the Giants… Oh my San Francisco, the Giants have continuously shown stints of repeating as the even year World Series Champions and as of late they look unbeatable.
