The National League features no shortage of star power, from established superstars like Shohei Ohtani, Bryce Harper, Juan Soto, and Freddie Freeman to emerging talents such as Carson Benge, Drake Baldwin, James Wood, and Sal Stewart.
However, the All-Star race is far from settled. With roughly a month of baseball still to be played before selections are finalized, a hot streak or breakout performance could dramatically change the outlook for several players currently on the fringe of consideration.
For now, these hitters have positioned themselves among the leading offensive candidates from their respective clubs, but the road to Philadelphia remains open, and every at-bat between now and July could make the difference between watching from home and taking the field at the 2026 MLB All-Star Game.
