The University of South Florida (USF) women’s basketball team has released its non-conference schedule, along with the home-and-away designations for its conference opponents for the upcoming 2026-27 campaign.

Kristy Curry enters the picture as the program’s new head coach for 2026-27, looking to lead the Bulls back to the NCAA Tournament once again.

This year’s non-conference slate features 14 total games, with the Bulls participating in four invitational-style events.

The non-conference campaign kicks off on Monday, November 2, when South Florida hosts Furman at the Yuengling Center. The matchup will be part of an opening doubleheader at the YC, with the men’s team also squaring off against Charleston Southern at home.

The Bulls’ first invitational event comes shortly after the season opener with the Multi-Conference Opening Weekend Showcase, featuring a pair of matchups against host Belmont on Friday, November 6, and Rhode Island on Sunday, November 9.

South Florida returns to the Sunshine State for the team’s only true road matchup when the Bulls take on the Florida Gators in Gainesville on Thursday, November 12. Shortly after, USF returns home before its second invitational event of 2026, hosting Florida International on Sunday, November 15, and Binghamton on Wednesday, November 18.

From there, South Florida heads to Orlando’s ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex to take on Texas Tech in the WBCA Showcase on Sunday, November 22, at 1 p.m. ET, before heading to St. Thomas as part of the 2026 Paradise Jam. There, the Bulls will take on Seton Hall on Friday, November 27, at 9 p.m. ET, before closing out the event against either Baylor or Penn State on Saturday, November 28, at 6:30 p.m. ET.

The month of December sees the Bulls return to Tampa for the final three-game home stretch of the non-conference slate, hosting Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Tuesday, December 1, Morgan State on Friday, December 4, and Longwood on Tuesday, December 15.

Non-conference play concludes at the team’s final invitational event of the season, the Cherokee Invitational, featuring matchups against Auburn on Sunday, December 20, at 9 p.m. ET, and Middle Tennessee on Monday, December 21, at 6:30 p.m. ET.

Along with the non-conference campaign, South Florida released the home-and-away designations for the 2026-27 American Conference schedule.

Rice, UTSA, Tulsa, Temple, East Carolina, and Florida Atlantic make up the Bulls’ home-and-home matchups in conference play. South Florida will host Memphis, Tulane, and UAB in its only meeting against each program, while North Texas, Charlotte, and Wichita State will host the Bulls in their respective one-game matchups.
